Anna's Fingerless Gloves

I am a knitware designer, selling single-page patterns, sepecializing in smaller, easy to complete projects. My best sellers are Flower Child Booties, Acorn Finglerless Gloves, Anna's Fingerless Gloves, Falling Water Poncho, and 70's Poncho.

My patterns differ from many offered by being light and comfortable to wear. I also write clear, easy-to-read instructions because I am a knitting teacher and bring those experiences to my patterns and pattern instructional techniques. I also like to knit using lighter weight yarns, with more of an easy drape.

The patterns are printed on a high quality, heavy stock paper, in color, with the directions written on white so that they are easy to read. As a teacher, I know that people like to copy their patterns to write on , and colored papers make that difficult. I have decided to trust people and not worry about copies. The patterns contain photographs that help with making the garment and make owning an original worthwhile. I also use live, real people models, and include the sizing information, the height and size of the model, and tips on how to decide what size to make.

My patterns and some garments are shown at trade shows including the Columbus trade show at the Blue Heron booth. Patterns written expressly for Blue Heron Yarns include: Naples Feather and Fans Shawl, Beaded Rayon, Saffron Tee, Beaded Rayon, Saffron Shawl, Beaded Rayon, Fringe Benefits, Beaded Rayon, Chatsworth Silk Dress, and Petite Raw Silk.
